What project management services do you offer?
We offer a ‘project administration’ service whereby regular site meetings, progress reports and variation orders are recorded by means of minutes as and when necessary in accordance with the size of the project. Contract documentation is implemented confirming necessary insurances etc. are in place. We maintain the project on an ongoing basis by liaising daily with the necessary parties i.e. contractors, suppliers, and other consultants through out the duration of the project. The appointed main contractor is responsible for the day to day running of the site giving us regular feedback on a daily basis. We make regular site visits to ensure the project is on track and all is running smoothly.
Do you do 3 dimensional perspectives of your designs?
Hand drawn sketches may be provided if necessary. More detailed rendered 3d’s may be provided at an additional cost.
May I use my own suppliers/contractors?
We prefer to use our ‘tried & trusted’ suppliers but we will work with a clients elected supplier or contractor if required. I.Scope will however not be able to guarantee the workmanship and timeous delivery as we would with our own suppliers.
