As an interior designer and naturally creative person my favourite task is a really challenging spaceplan along with coming up with original concepts for our clients that suit their image and their budget. I don't consider what I do as 'work' because I believe that when you love what you do, you'll never 'work' another day in your life.

dutch interior practice i29 interior architects have shared with us images of their newest interior design project, 'home 09', for a sustainable home
designed by paul de reuter. the house is located on the edge of the kennemer dunes in the municipality of bloemendaal, surrounded by a vibrant
green landscape of trees and wild vegetation. matching the the minimalist structure, the interior features simple geometries and clean connections
that subdivide divine spaces flooded with natural light. large panes of glass both inside and out expose the picturesque landscape to the inhabitants
in their private residence. to further accentuate the organic, natural pine sheets are used in their raw form to highlight almost all the furnishing and
fixtures in the house: cabinets, wardrobes, walls, sliding doors, beds and fire place. a central atrium housing the vertical circulation contains a large
skylight which brings in natural light and reflects it off the white walls and light colored concrete floor that act as a stage to the timber palette.

Beware before you look at the photos inside… it’s so good it might just make you cry.
